Easy French Toast | VEGAN

Who wants dessert for breakfast? Me *raises hand*

This french toast is super easy and actually good for you! Surprised? Let me explain.

It does not contain any dairy and eggs and it is sourdough bread instead of a regular toast (you can always use normal toast if you like). So it is cholesterol-free, dairy-free and vegan. There is no pus, mucus and growth hormones in it as well! Instead, it has cinnamon for a healthy metabolism, plant milk with much better absorbed calcium and omega-3-packed flax seeds. Very healthy. Extremely delicious and decadent. Perfect breakfast IMHO.

It is also super easy to make and you need only a few ingredients that I think you already have in your pantry. The cinnamon and other spices give this toast a fall vibe to it, which is absolutely perfect considering October has just recently started.

Go ahead and make this for your family and beloved ones for a lazy Sunday breakfast! Here’s the recipe.

Ingredients:

150 ml plant milk of choice
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon allspice
2 slices of bread of choice (I used sourdough and it was pref)

Preparation:

1. Add all the batter ingredients into a bowl and mix well until it forms a gel-like consistency (kind of like eggs).

2. In a skillet heat a tiny bit of oil. Put one slice of bread into the batter and let it sit on each side for no more than 5 minutes depending on the stiffness of your bread. Toast for example will need less time than old sourdough.

3.Put the soaked slice of bread onto a skillet and fry on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes on each side.

4. Whilst the first slice of bread is cooking soak the other one. When it’s done add it into the skillet.

5. Serve with fruit of choice and favourite syrup or molasses. Enjoy!

Peace and love to you all, remember to be kind to every living being and to spread compassion and happiness wherever you go.

Yes, I will definitely do that :) I think that maybe after a week or so when I will have met all the professors and lecturers and had more interactions with people. To have a better view on how it’s actually like, you know :)

I know and I’m sorry :( I just did not have time to write. You know, university, new environment, driving licence and I barely have time to even sleep ahaha. I’ve got two recipes prepared, I just have to edit photos and write everything in here :) Also your idea of the makeup look and outfits is great and I will do it soon, thank you! ^^
