Porridge is super convenient, don’t you think? It takes seconds to prepare in the morning (or you can make it ahead the night before), tastes delicious and gives you long-term energy that we all need each day. I used to be a smoothie girl a while back, but during the summer months I actually switched to a more starch-based diet and I surely don’t regret it. First of all, I feel fuller longer. Second, I eat smaller portions, which is obviously healthier than stuffing your face with everything you’ve got on hand. And third, I don’t have to take huge amounts of food to school with me. I think I am not the only one who thinks that THIS is amazing ahaha.

Pancakes are the ultimate Sunday breakfast food and I think everyone – both meat eaters and vegans – can agree on this. And as satisfying and pleasant it is to indulge on original pancakes full of gluten and sugar and all that, it is even more satisfying when you know you can feast guilt free!

I’m really sorry for not posting for I don’t know… a month maybe? I started university as you all probably know and it’s been really hectic trying to organise my time and to get good grades and to sleep. Yes, that’s a problem too ahaha. But fortunately enough I’ve got a whole week off uni due to the All Saint’s Day here in Poland and I either have a statutorily free day or my lecturers called their classes off. - I am terribly lazy. I have to force myself to do stuff whether it be workout, school or sometimes even reading!
- I am very shy and I have no clue how to strike a conversation let alone make it last.
- Even though I’m lazy I like school. Mainly because I have a strict plan of what I have to do and when, which keeps me being productive and motivated.
- My favorite subjects are Maths, Chemistry and parts of Biology (human and nutrition mainly).
- I love hiking and traveling. My biggest dream is to go somewhere only with my backpack and a friend and see the world without worrying about school or work.
- I am terrified of spiders like nothing else in this world. I’m scared when I see them walking on the floor and in a terrarium… basically anywhere.
- I loooooove food. I love eating it of course and cooking it. I am always super excited when I finally can cook my dinner :3

Day 2 was spent at the Zoo. We heard many great reviews of that place in Wrocław so we treated it as a must-see and went there on our first day. In the morning, we had a delicious breakfast. I had instant oats for the first time. I know, right??? And they were absolutely delicious and so convenient! I’m utterly amazed ahaha. I added to them some chia seeds, coconut rice milk, goji berries, shredded coconut, raisins, dried pineapple chunks and fresh dates. I planned this trip back in June 2016 with my boyfriend, yet my plans had to be changed because we broke up in July.
